  Over the years it has been a delight to see students gain confidence when serving meals and drinks and communicating with guests. A thorough knowledge of all aspects of fine dining is gained by the students from the ever watchful and supportive tutors. The innovative menus and beautifully presented dishes are a tribute to the chefs. This is not fast food. It is food that pleases the senses. Our party anticipates many more years of dining at The Epicure.

  This is training facility and provides good value. The food was good and for those who want a drink they are well known for their cocktails.
